Booking Policy
To confirm the booking we require a deposit of 30% of the full amount of the stay, by c/card or money transfer. The 70% balance is to pay at arrival.

C/cards accepted: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, JCB, Maestro.

Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Terms
For cancellations notified within the Cancellations Terms below (local time) no penalty will be charged (except for the administrative fee of 10 euro). Later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
We consider only written notifications.

Cancellation Terms:
Periods A/B
till 21 days prior arrival.
Periods C/D/E (1st June/12th September) and Packets with a minimum stay
till 90 days prior arrival.

check from 16.00 - check out within 10.00.

Notes
If you are arriving with your baby, please inform us about the age, so as to prepare the right bed. If you wish for a "on demand" service or you have particular requirements, please let us know in advance.
